Dr. Jeffrey Stikeleather provides all of the primary eye care at Cary Vision Care. He enjoys all aspects of general optometry, especially specialty contact lens fitting and management of laser vision correction. He is happy to see patients of any age. Children are always welcome in our practice.

Dr. Stikeleather moved to the Cary area in 1985 from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He graduated from Athens Drive High school in Raleigh and from North Carolina State University with a degree in biochemistry. After graduating from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, he returned to Cary. He practiced in RTP for 5 years before returning to Cary. He opened his own practice in May of 2002.

Dr. Stikeleather in a member of the North Carolina Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, Cary Chamber of Commerce, and Fellowship of Christian Optometrists. Dr. Stikeleather and his wife, Carolyn, keep busy raising their three sons, Ryan, Matthew and Nathan. They enjoy participating in church activities. Dr. Stikeleather enjoys softball and pulling for the Wolfpack.
